Any cancellation (any time) results in a $50 cancellation fee.
Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment time results in a $100 “short notice” cancellation fee.
Any rescheduling done outside of the 24 hour window is free of charge.
Any rescheduling done inside of the 24 hour window will result in a $50 fee.

Appointments in these areas incur NO extra charge:
Portland
Gresham
Tigard
Tualatin
Lake Oswego
West Linn
Beaverton
Hillsboro
*Most cities/towns outside of these areas will incur an extended mileage fee to cover fuel expenses and time spent. Please email us with any questions.

If our photographer cannot access the property (Agent no-show, lockbox error, owner occupied, etc) will result in a $100 fee. If the photographer must leave and come back another time, this can result in further charges.
